Fellowship Groups for 2025 - 2026
Our new year of Fellowship Groups is upon us. Please find all the information that we have so far regarding groups below. Please note that the links to join groups will not be available until September 2025. 
 
      At GCC it is our goal to help each member of the body reach maturity, attaining to “the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ” (Eph 4:13). One means of reaching this goal is to provide opportunities for fellowship and spiritual interaction beyond the two or three hours we spend together on Sunday mornings. We are convinced that in order to live out the “one another” commands of Scripture we must be intimately acquainted with each other in such a way that provides many opportunities for personal ministry.
     To this end we would like to invite everyone at Grace, who is able, to be part of one of our 14 Fellowship groups.

What happens in the groups?
      Each group is a bit different, but the general format is prayer, music, Bible study, and fellowship.  Many of the groups eat a meal together (either before or after the meeting time) as a means of extending and enhancing the opportunities for interaction and encouragement.

Prayer
           The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and
                         sober spirit for the purpose of prayer. (1 Peter 4:7)
     The objective of the prayer time is twofold. Intercede for one another more intimately and to pray for the needs of the church as a whole in a more consistent manner.  We are committed to prayer as the fundamental principle of true spiritual growth.  Without prayer the work of the church cannot be effective.

Teaching in the groups
      This year, there will be several different topics of study.  Check with your prospective group leader if you have questions about the topic.  Several groups will do “sermon review”.  That is, we will work through a series of questions based on the sermon from that morning – seeking to explore some of the points more thoroughly, make practical application and answer questions that may have been raised.  Regardless of the particular topic or approach our goal is to continually deepen in our understanding of the principles of God’s Word and our practice of those principles in daily living.

Which group should I attend?
       Please feel free to attend whichever group seems best suited to your family’s needs (time, topic, location, etc..).  If you can, please contact your prospective fellowship group leader to let them know you are planning to attend their group.
